LD House

Casa LD, a project meticulously designed to blend in with its surroundings and provide a unique experience to its inhabitants.

Located in an area close to the center of San Ramón, this project has been conceived with great consideration for the existing vegetation and respectful dialogue with the neighboring homes, which belong to close relatives of our clients.

Natural light has been a priority at every stage of the design. We have created an architecture that embraces the sun and uses its energy efficiently. We have regulated the entry of natural light into each space, creating warm and welcoming environments without the need for artificial light during the day.

The north facade which faces the public street reflects a discreet and robust elegance. It is a testament to our commitment to maintaining coherence with the urban context. However, as you enter the east facade, the imposing volumetry of the project is gradually revealed, captivating residents and visitors with its presence and purism.

On the second floor, we have taken advantage of the panoramic views to the southwest, providing a privileged view of the majestic central volcanic mountain range.

In short, Casa LD represents a harmonious fusion between the needs of our clients, nature, community and visual beauty.
